Privacy policy

Anatomy is a private study companion from Jumski Labs. This policy explains the data used to provide account access, study features and saved records.

Identity and approval

When you sign in with Google, Supabase Auth receives your Google identifier, verified email and basic profile information. The app uses the trusted Google identity and verified email to check an operator-managed approval list. Supabase assigns an account ID that associates your saved records with you.

The requested Google permissions cover identity, email and basic profile only. Anatomy does not request access to Gmail, Drive or Calendar.

Study records

The app stores completion marks, last-opened times, video positions, quiz submissions, results and attempt history to support study and resume. Fresh access to these records requires an approved account. The operator can manage approval and records through the backend; these records are not public.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies maintain your sign-in session and the sign-in flow. Account-scoped quiz drafts use this tab's session storage, or memory when storage is unavailable, so the same learner can recover unsent answers after sign-in. Explicit sign-out or an account change clears the app's drafts. The app does not add advertising, analytics or an offline course cache.

Service providers and media

In hosted operation, Google handles identity, Supabase handles authentication and saved records, and Cloudflare provides application and media delivery. These providers process connection information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, for service operation and security under their own policies.

When private media is delivered, it uses temporary object-specific links. Anyone with a copied, unexpired link can use it until it expires, including after sign-out. Do not share these links. They are not a guarantee against copying.

Retention and requests

Signing out or removing approval blocks fresh access but does not delete saved records. The app has no automatic record-deletion schedule or self-service deletion feature. Provider logs and backups follow the providers' retention policies; this app does not promise immediate removal from backups.

For access, privacy questions or a request to review or delete your records, contact the person who invited you to Anatomy. The operator handles these requests manually.
